Have you checked out any tokenized real estate on ethereum? I was looking at one of the tokenized real estates websites some days back, most of the houses available are in Detroit. They do the tokenization in a weird way, they use LLC to hold the houses and then tokenize the LLC on the blockchain and sell the tokens.
