For a full recharge you can have a maximum of 25 fighs a day, so that next day you can have another 25 at 100%. Minimum is 0 :)

But why would you want a full recharge? If you play 25 fights, you would actually have 78% Energy Capture Rate left, so if you then wait 24 hours, then you'll have 100%, meaning you wasted 3% (78+25 = 103).
About 28 fights is the actual minimum. There is no maximum
