Steem monsters now has it's own How-to Play tab with lots more detailed information!!!
Yes. The timer is set up for the 20 mana, so for the next day and 18 hours you can make and battle a team of 20 total mana. When the timer expires, they will reset the mana cap and give us a new challenge. :)
