Steem Monsters Journal: I Sold Some Ruler Of The Seas Today

First off, congratulations to whoever bought my Ruler Of The Seas today. I didn't want to sell them, but it was getting harder to justify the valuation. I'll probably even buy them back again if the price comes down or if I don't win them first via reward prizes.

The fact is the monster is a straight up beast, and I don't nearly have enough of them.

But despite this, the valuation has been far too high for my taste given the falling price of Steem which sadly needs to be taken into account these days when valuing these cards. Likewise, I STILL can't understand how the price of RoTS has managed to stay so elevated when its reward card legendary peers have settled near $1. Given that 4x the amount of the card has yet to be released, it seemed difficult in my mind that this high valuation could endure. But then again, I've been saying that for a while, and been wrong time and time again...
