Well I do have it level 6, which is good enough for me. A higher level of the Seer would force me to invest in my summoners, which isn't something I want to do at the moment.

    Riiiiiight, I finally let go of some low level cards realizing that I am not buying 150+ more to get them to level 10 when my summoners are still level 3,4,5
