It is usd-pegged to $0.001 because of their upvote bot. It's price can go upwards, but certainly not downwards. Bull? Maybe, but the major DEC holders stll own a lot of it.
thank you. I wanted to include the fact that it is usd-pegged to $0.001, but somehow couldn't find a good source for that info.
