What is ITIL? It stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library. It is a set of process of IT service management to provide a good quality of service to the customers.

Most of the companies followed this since its a detailed process of IT service management and said to be successful because it is not tied to any particular vendor platform.

Canon PH required all IT staff to take tye examination and be an ITIL certified so that we can easily adapt to ITIL process.

And so I'm reviewing ITIL for almost a month while I'm at the office and planned to take the exam before the end of this year. Wish me luck steemians! 😊😘
