Looks like a fun event. We need more like this around the world, but I don't expect those guys to get to all of them. Splinterlands is a solid game. I don't even play games generally, but I keep diving into it.

It's great to see you have a really thorough event planned over there in the near future. I love hearing about other meetups and events, always Steem always brings out quality people.
While I can't speak for the guys in their travel plans, they really are all about the community and giving back when they can. I'll see if I can possibly get you some promo items for your event. No promises or guarantees mind you, but I'm happy to ask.
