I think it's better to engage a lot than to pubish posts because you feel you have to, even though you have no inspiration.

Absolutely!

Most new users waste their RC publishing posts (which don't get noticed) rather than engaging and building their fanbase or network.

    Agreed. Although I think a user should at least have 1 active post - that means 1 post a week. Those people you meet need to have an active post to visit 😉
