Charging your clients
Folks, in this one, we're talking about how to get PAID.
This ones gonna be important, lets go
The first thing you need to do is make sure your client knows your prices. I recommend charging 20-25% of your clients revenue.
You must be upfront with your prices and make sure your clients are aware of your rate.
You'd be surprised at how many people mess this up.
You're also going to want to make sure you have it in writing that your client is okay with your prices, so there's no 'confusion' when you go to charge them
Lucky for you, you have Airbnb Mastery to gain intel from, so you're smarter than your average bear.
Anyways,
You can choose to charge weekly, once a fortnight or monthly. I prefer to charge once a month because I'm a lazy mofo. lol. This is where it becomes important that you have it in writing/contract that your client knows whats going on. Otherwise you risk losing a months worth of work (sometimes a few thousand$$$) if you charge monthly. But if you have taken the precautions I've laid out, you'll be fine. My clients are ALWAYS happy to pay me because I've relieved them of the constant headaches and hassle that it takes to run an Airbnb. They appreciate me, and yours will too if you treat them well.
Hope you got something from this one folks, it was an important post.
