1. Push back metabolism

There are several reasons a person's metabolism becomes decreased as he gets older. For that, you must increase your metabolism by maintaining your diet. Never miss a meal and eat more often. It would be better if you add protein in your intake.

2. Give whole grains


For people over the age of 40, it is better to eat whole grains or milled without removing the seeds. Whole wheat is a great source of B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, and fiber. This will help digestion and reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.

3.Eat nuts


Beans are high in fat, low in carbohydrates, and have many nutrients. In addition, nuts contain antioxidants that protect cells in the body. This will lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of type II diabetes.

4. Eat lentils

5. Love the intestine


Products like kefir, yogurt, and kombucha contain probiotics that help keep the intestines healthy. Consumption of this product every day, especially for women aged 40 years who experience premenopausal symptoms.

6. Fish oil consumption


Fish is a good source of food because it contains omega 3 fats and vitamin D. It helps you avoid heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Not only that, fish can help relieve depression to schizophrenia. You can consume several choices of fish, such as salmon, herring, or sardines.

7. Try the green coffee

8. Eat early
