In times of crisis, can educational goals be achieved?
For all of us it is not a very common issue, when we talk about crisis and we take it to education, but nowadays many countries of the world have educational growth and build new strategies to face the different relevant behaviors of children, this is a great educational achievement that make them be incomparable educational power.
It is quite sad to talk in this post of the educational break that exists in my country Venezuela, where inflation consumes Venezuelan homes daily. It is so extreme that many children have died of malnutrition because of the current rulers who apply to have a better life for themselves and their families, forgetting about children who want to fight for a better future.
Teaching in times of crisis is a challenge for all teachers who are still in Venezuela, since thousands of Venezuelan educators have had to emigrate to another country to have better job stability. But those who remain must still endure the bad economy that beats us all.

Knowing that a child does not have breakfast before leaving home, is ensuring that their level of attention will be very low, this makes you feel powerless and even if your strategies are applied with exact foundations, the child will not understand what you as a teacher you want to transmit to him.
- Feeding: A child with a bad diet, it is impossible for him to have an advanced level in learning. Many of them do not attend their schools because they feel so weak that they can pass out in their classroom.
- Transportation: due to the great crisis there is no support for the spare parts of the cars, that is why most of the transport is paralyzed by the high cost of the spare parts, this allows it to become quite strong child and teachers arrive at the time established at school.
In this term the children who arrive late can not have much feedback in the class because they arrive an hour after having started the explanation of that area.
- Uniforms: It is unpleasant to see children who go in flip flops to school, others with shirts too small for growth. This can cause an upset of contempt towards the child, in order to take him to the streets or under bridges with a broken feeling.
Most of the parents what little they earn are invested in the food that can be purchased with the small source that goes into the homes, and even if they have something stable, it is impossible to buy a pair of tennis shoes or a uniform, since the high price It makes them uncompromising.

- Notebooks and pencils: These implements are the primary ones that children should take to school, although in Venezuela they gave some educational computers, it was not enough to advance technologically, but the notebook helps the child to have a better spelling, because without pencil and notebook in hand, the child will not be able to make great advances in his class.
When we detail some of the factors that really house the homes of Venezuelan children, we can define that teachers have a great challenge in the new school year that is approaching, since every day the crisis is more and more awarded in Venezuela.
It is a big question, most of the excellent educators, have left the country to put their knowledge into practice in another nation, because who would take care of our children? The government has implemented a series of missions to provide employment to many young people who, with just one course, feel capable of facing a great challenge such as educating.
In times of crisis our children do not really have a degree of advancement, everything is chaotic and it harms millions and millions of children, teachers, parents and representatives, it is necessary for people to be more aware in order to overcome the obstacles of this crisis.
I applaud the great work of teachers who are still in Venezuela in these very strong times, they are willing to overcome this challenge of teaching in the midst of the crisis.
You really love your profession, value what you do because tomorrow may be too late.
