To have it working, I guess it is necessary that the money that flows in the village is at least as large as the money that flows out. Otherwise, I don't see how one could prevent the token from losing its value. There must be some mechanism somewhere, no?

Yes, it is actually what I'm thinking. If there is a token, it is a little easy for them to exchange it without any hesitation like money(they have such a way of thinking to get money from friends is not so good thing) and if they want to exchange it to cash, it's easy for them to get one, it is very important. But yes, the token should have a value wider region or prefecture or area, we need to create such a eco-system.
I'm going to study similar case with this village and some of my friend might have already had the vision to create such a community... :) Anyway I'd like to keep watching n learning more for this small village. Thank you very much again Sir.
