ဒီေန့ FB ေပၚမွာ မွတ္သားစရာ စာနွစ္ခုကို ဖတ္လိုက္ရပါတယ္။ ပထမတစ္ခုကေတာ့ Job နဲ့ Career အေၾကာင္းကို ရွင္းျပထားတာ ပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ လူငယ္ေတြကေျပာၾကတယ္ အလုပ္ရွားတယ္ေပါ့။ အလုပ္မရိွဘူးေပါ့။ ဘာျဖစ္လို့ အလုပ္ရွားတာလဲ။ အလုပ္ရွင္က အလုပ္မေပးနိုင္တာလား။ လုပ္ငန္းေတြ ရပ္တန့္ေနတာလား။ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ လုပ္ငန္းေတြလဲ လည္ပတ္ေနရဲ့သားနဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းနဲ့ ကိုက္ညီမယ့္ လုပ္သား မရိွတာလား။
Job ဆိုတာကေတာ့ အလုပ္ပါ။ ကိုယ္လုပ္တဲ့ အလုပ္အတြက္ ပိုက္ဆံရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Career ကေတာ့ ကိုယ့္ရဲ့ အသက္ေမြးဝမ္းေၾကာင္းမႈပါ။ အလုပ္ကေတာ့ ကိုယ္ပိုင္အလုပ္လဲ ျဖစ္ရင္ျဖစ္မယ္။ သူမ်ားဆီမွာ လုပ္တာလဲ ျဖစ္ခ်င္ျဖစ္မယ္။ အခို့်ေတြက လစာရတာနည္းတယ္။ ငါလဲ တန္သေလာက္ပဲ လုပ္မယ္။ ဒီလိုေတြၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါကေတာ့ မိမိရဲ့လက္ရိွအလုပ္ အေပၚမွာပဲ အဓိကထားစဉ္းစားတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါဆိုရင္ ဒိထက္မ်ားတဲ့လစားနဲ့ အျခားလုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခုက ေခၚရင္ေရာ ကိုယ္သြားလုပ္နိုင္မွာလား။ ကိုယ့္မွာအဲ ဒီအလုပ္ကိုလုပ္ဖို့အတြက္ အရည္အခ်င္းျပည့္မီွေနျပီလား။ Career ကေတာ့ ကိုယ့္ဘာသာကို ဘဝကို တည္ေဆာက္ျခင္းပါပဲ။ လစာနည္းတာမ်ားတာ၊ အျခားသူေတြက ခိုေနတာ မခိုေနတာကို ဂရုမစိုက္ပါဘူး။ ကိုယ္ရည္မွန္းထားတဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ့အၾကံုရေအာင္ လုပ္တတ္ကိုင္တတ္ေအာင္ ၾကိုးစားသင္ယူပါတယ္။ ကိုယ့္ဘက္က အရည္အခ်င္းေတြ ရိွလာတဲ့အခိ်န္မွာ အလုပ္ရွင္ဘက္ကလဲ လစာတိုးေပးတာေတြ လုပ္လာပါတယ္။ ကိုယ့္ဘက္ကလဲ အျခား လုပ္န္းတစ္ခုက ေခၚလာခဲ့ရင္ အခိ်န္မေရြးေျပာင္းနိုင္တဲ့ အရည္အခ်င္းရိွရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
အလုပ္ကို ရွာရင္ေတာ့ အလုပ္ရွားမွာပါ။ Career ကို တည္ေဆာက္နိုင္ရင္ေတာ့ အလုပ္မရွားနိုင္ပါဘူး။

ဒီေနရာမွာ ကြမ္းသီးက ေလးလံုးပဲ ျဖစ္ရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ငါးလံုးလဲ မရပါဘူး။ ေျခာက္လံုးလဲ မရပါဘူး။ ဘာျဖစ္လို့လဲဆိုေတာ့ ဥမမယ္ စာမေျမာက္ ကေလးေလးရဲ့ လက္သီးဆုပ္နွစ္ခုရယ္၊ မိဘနွစ္ပါးရဲ့ လက္သီးဆုပ္တစ္ခုစီရယ္ ေပါင္းစပ္မွ ဒီကစားနည္းကို ကစားလို့ရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကေလးေလးက လက္သီးဆုပ္ကို ကြမ္းသီးလို့ပဲ မွတ္ထားပါတယ္။ သူ့စိတ္ထဲမွာ ဒီကစားနည္းက ေပ်ာ္စရာေကာင္းတယ္ လို့ထင္ပါတယ္။ သူေပ်ာ္ရြင္တဲ့အခါမွာ မိဘေတြလဲ လိုက္ေပ်ာ္ရွြင္ရပါတယ္။ ဒါကေတာ့ ဒီကစားနည္းရဲ့ အဓိက အခ်က္ပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ အေၾကာင္းတစ္ခုခုေၾကာင့္ မိဘေတြ ကဲြကြာသြားတဲ့ အခါမွာ ကေလးအေနနဲ့ ဒီကစားနည္းကို ကစားလို့မရေတာ့ပါဘူး။ အိမ္ေထာင္တစ္ခုကို မျပိုကဲြေအာင္ ထိမ္းသိမ္းနိုင္မွသာ ကေလးေတြရဲ့ ဘဝမွာ ေပ်ာ္ရြင္နိုင္မွာပါ။ ဥမကဲြေပမဲ့ အသိုက္ပ်က္သြားခဲ့ရင္လဲ ဥကေလးေတြမွာ ဒဏ္ရာေတြနဲ့ ဘဝကို ျဖတ္သန္းရေတာ့မွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
