Make decisions during times of peace
A friend once asked me: "How do you remain calm despite the negative things that are happening in your life?"
It's because of two reasons:
1. May magagawa pa ako to change the situation.
2. Wala na akong magagawa.
Being calm is a skill. Most of the time, the distress you are feeling is because of how you react to the events happening in your life. You may not be able to change those events, but you can choose how to react.
When you are calm enough to face the situation, mas makaka-isip ka ng magandang solution. But if you are bounded by your emotions all the time, you would react based on how you feel -- leading to poor decisions.
When you are facing tough situations, ask yourself
May magagawa ka pa ba to make the situation better? Then do it.
If wala na, then learn from it and move on.

It would take some time to practice this kay naanad nako mu go back to my old self who is a worrier, I'm still learning to be calm in times of distress. I cling to your 2 reasons:)
Indeed te, it really needs some practice not to react on things instantly. Pero of course, I still have moments nga mag overthink ko but still, I'm trying to see the best out of the situation. Pero naa gyud usahay dark days, samot nag red days ahahaha
