Wow. This is so informative. I've always wondered why alcohol is used in medicine and in research.
The experiment looks quite fun and would be grade for a grade 5 class.
The egg really looks cooked. If it looks like this because it's denatured and has lost water, does it mean cooking the egg destroys the nutrients in it?
