Hrm, I'm not sure. I know they were talking about adding some sort of minimum value to help combat vote spam, but I don't know what that value was or if that was even live yet.
Also since it appears you're new around here - I think there's diminishing returns on any post you make over your 4th in 24 hours. I wouldn't post as much as you have, the rewards are going to get cut pretty hard.
All this stuff really needs to be documented so much better.
