Manage your time and use it in a better way

Hope all of you are doing well and enjoying life.Today i am writing about time managing tips.This is the problem most of us are facing now a days.Mothers ,Fathers,kids, Business men , Job holders, and steemians too everybody is with a long list of to do work at the start of the day.
What is Time Management
We are facing different challenge s in our life.Every day something new to do.Most of us have a long list to do work but have less time.There are two types of people here. Some people are struggling too much in life for managing time . .We see they are always complaining that we have no time for our-self.
At the same time their is another group of people ,managing their time properly.Doing their work according to their plan,making plans and achieving goals but have no complain.At the end of the day they have some time for themselves.
We all have 24 hours.Why is it that some people get more with their time than others? When others are complaining and
feeling stressed.
Time management is the process in which we organize our time according to specific works.

Tips
Set your goals...
First of all set your realistic goals.What is important for you and what is less important .Set your priorities .Do remember that productive people have couple of priorities.Concentrate on one important goal.You should need to decide what tasks are important and urgent.And than focus on them. Make a list of your priorities and goals.Check your list daily.cross completed tasks and add new tasks.
Break down task...
Break down your task into small parts.write these steps and complete them one by one.Do one part at one time.
Identify Time wasters...
Identify time wasters and write them and avoid them.Social media like face book, whats app, some phone calls and some TV programs etc are time wasters if you are using them for business or other meaningful purpose than ok.
Make a to do list...
You should make a to do list as a reminder,what you want to do.Use your diary to write your appointments and to do things.while making to do list focus your mind on important objectives.List important,urgent,not important things separately.Write everything you want to do.Tick the action when complete.
Make a Schedule...
Set time for specific tasks and try to do them in time.complete most important tasks first.make a schedule of your day a night before.
Delegate...
It is too much important .If there are things that are not much important and others can done them better, consider delegating and you will have time to do important tasks.for example ,you can hire a maid at home for help.
Reward...
Reward yourself when you finish your one tasks.This will be motivate you.
Say no to multi tasking...
Do not take more work you can not handle.Multi tasking is make your work quality low.When you are doing different tasks in one time it takes you away from creativity.
Break and fun...
Don't forget to have some fun and break during your work.It will release your stress and you can complete your work better.
You can Use your time better if you are healthy and active.
