Yes... I feel bad when they do that, because they don't realize how Valuable they will be on the "other side" of the U.S. Monetary Correction...
You are right. They didn't actually realise the full value of it and that is why it seems they are actually underestimating it but I am so sure it is just a matter of time before they fully realise it
