My thought... Silver should go up, regardless what happens in Korea.
I hope your new president is a cause and effect, common sense man, because the N. Korean man is hanging on to his pseudo religious power. If your country must go to war, may it be quick and decisive, but let's hope and pray that the big kids on the block do it instead, ie China and Russia.
My advise to people is, if you are worried about war, then have some silver and gold for when it's over, but buy supplies, food, tools, land etc, and learn survival skills.
