I think if the Vuris problem in China - even if it is not spreading world wide - isn't ending soon, we will have big economical problems. If the Chinese production is not resuming very soon, it may lead to a world wide recession. Already now car production has come to halt in some places, Apple stores will have empty shelves soon, and the demand for materials inside China is shrinking. If their industry is coming to a grinding halt, it will affect the whole world. May be thats also a reason for the slower rise of silver price, since silver is more a industrial material than a money storage.
However, if the gold price keeps going up, people will also return to silver as investment, just because its still cheap. Gold may come to a point when it starts to be hard to get, if demand increases further. And I mean real physical gold, not some BS ETFs or whatever.
What you forgot to say, was probably all this Justin Sun excitement around Steemit. There is a lot of guessing going on what happens to Steemit and so on - what I want to know is what happens to Steem, the crypto currency.
If it shows that Steem can be nullified, or people only keep their money if they change Steem into some other coin, then the entire story of decentralised, blockchain secured and whatever else, is gone down the drain. And not only for Steem, but for the whole crypto world. Lets see what happens next...
