Silver and Gold Join the Sea of Red
Silver and gold join the “sea of red” party today. Silver, never wanting to be left out of the party, gets smashed today exceptionally hard today, joining cryptos etc in the bloodbath.
These short terms smashes sure hurt, but they could be buying opportunities if you think long term. But this is not investment advice.
Are you salivating at the low precious metals prices and mining stocks? There could be more pain to come but long term we might be happy to have things on “sale”. Buy low and sell high is the easier and hardest thing to follow.

I'm looking at it as a buying opportunity. Many say mining stocks have the greatest potential gain, but I like physical metals.

I use to invest quite a bit in the mining stocks between 2005 and 2011 and write about them... for now, I would say they are worth picking away at, but we really need a roaring market for the mining company shares to rise significantly like they did back then... Right now there is no interest from investors for mining companies, they Crypto and Cannabis space is the hot topics now... but it will come back to mining stocks when the precious metals really take off beyond resistance and we have a new bull market in PM... we are not there yet.
Ya, everything was down, now Cryptos are going back up, yay
Gold and silver was bumping up against resistance last week and is now correcting. While I don't think the correction is over just yet, I am looking for about $1280 on gold, we will see a better time to buy into the metals. Oil is also topping out and so are the broader markets. I just wrote about the S&P topping out and the Volatility starting to rise.
