Unless there's another reason for keeping their Speem Power below 46%, it seems to me that tipu could raise their Steem Power to 100% and pass out bigger up-votes... Or they can set their Maximum Up-Votes "lower" and pass them out to more people... The more they give, the more they will get back in Curations...

TPU can do things better in many ways, the ones you mention are good. Tpu can also stipulate that the vote request is a maximum of 50 Steem per publication and in this way many more people can obtain a vote in favor, and their Speem Power does not drop so quickly. Or you can also limit upvoting to one post per person every 36 hours, this will give Tpu time to recover his SP. You can also adjust the ROI (Return on Investment) if they adjust it, this is going to allow people to always have some profit. I hope they make the appropriate adjustments so that it is safe to make an investment in Tpu.

Yes... I got lucky today... I hate the way they make everyone jump through hoops... I wish I had some say in the matter... If I make 20 Steem out of the Deal, they make get 125 Steem, just for giving an up-vote... It's disgusting how they treat everyone...

I'm aware of Upvu, but I don't like to Delegate my Steem Power... I like passing out the Biggest Up-Votes I can... I like keeping my Voting Power about 95% when possible... That's why some of my up-votes take a while...

It's true what you say, what I don't like about Upvu is that it asks for delegation, and from what I've seen only siver for advanced users, but not for new ones. A pocket question, how long is the maximum time that a publication has to have so that Tpu can give the vote?
Your post needs to be less than One Day old to get a Vote from "tipu"...
