Vote Audit

I was cruising the tag and found this report HERE from @buggedout. I had not idea he was doing this and fully endorse his efforts. Looks like he subscribes to a premium steem database with access to some unique data and he was able to put together this great report from Stax's January Voting. It's interesting to see how the constant juggling of voting power was able to bring everything into line. I found this interesting in her monthly voting. I think we have a pretty good balance finally and she seams to be coasting along nicely.

He was also able to provide a list of the votes sent for the last month. If you want to see it in a super colourful pie chart, I will also provide the version from www.steemreports.com, I've always loved seeing these pie chart.

Financial Audit

I do get this question asked at times, of course steem wallets are fully transparent but I think it's good to be open at all times. So I'll let you know how much we are spending on all our delegations and were the post rewards and donations are going. The SBD from post rewards are all converted to STEEM, I was doing it instantly, but have most recently been more selective in trying to find a good time and good Steem/SBD ratio for trading. Last month Stax had well over the 1000 STEEM to pay for our current lease with @mattclarke and was able to cover that entire amount herself. Last month I was able to find a large lease of 20 000SP, but the rates for that are 650/month and I went ahead and locked that in for 2 month, I'm not 100% sure if we will be able to continue this one long term, it will mostly depend on SBD/STEEM prices. This month we received about 900STEEM in donations, and I've been trying different amounts with minnowbooster to get the lease filled, so far I got 5 000STEEM for 28 days for 142 STEEM. I have the other 800 currently trying to get filled but it's proving difficult, I''ll likely try again at smaller amounts of around 5 000 Steem again as that's the highest amount I've ever been able to get filled from Minnowbooster. I may also end up sitting on much of this STEEM incase SBD does return to the peg and at least we can continue to review the current big active leases. As mentioned again yesterday, it is best and much easiest for everyone to be sending their tier upgrades as delegations, and not be dealing will all these lease issues.
