How to convert TRON to STEEM

If someone could be ever so kind, and walk me through the process of converting tron ➡️ steem (on steemit), i would be ever wo grateful.

Im pretty sure theres an account you can send #TRON to and they return #STEEM direct to your wallet....?

Ive always resorted to sending off site to #binance, converting using their interface, and then returning to the @ssg-community account.

The other option is to allow a community member the opportunity to exchange their steem for the communities tron, thus negating the exchange fees. This could become a benefit of community membership.

So if you could leave me instructions below, or point me in the direction of an already written blog, id be thankful.
