Maybe. I read that China injected one trillion yuan of liquidity into their system. Also, there was a recent headline of Russia investing 10 billion into BTC.
I don't think BitCoin is the place to be... It could be a Russian Distraction... I suppose the People in China will have to work a little harder, for a little less...
