Lomachenko may be a good match, but he needs to gain weight to fight at welterweight. Khabib is a good promotional fight to earn PPV money, but I think it would just be another Connor-Mayweather fight. Khabib would be no match under boxing rules and Pacquaio would be dominated under MMA rules.
