Cardiology, I hated this subject during in the college but I loved it while became resident. Heart attacked, STEMI, Nonstemi, we have to know these diseases eventhough we just primary care doctor :)
We shouldn't take anyone that complains of chest pain lightly. Primary care doctors are very important because they are the first liners.
