Yes most of the laws guiding such gadgets is not taken serious in most countries, example Nigeria as a case study, warranty priveledges in general is not taken seriously like that, once we purchase a goods we purchase it for life and any damage that occurs is taken to a specialist not the company hence warranty becomes little or no use to us
