This time I'm joining the flagging party, enough is enough.
I DM'ed with him and I gave him some one-on-one tutoring in the last few days. I really had hoped he would do something more. I would not flag him even more, maybe he will finally understand. I also think than positive motivation works better psychologically and that further flagging will discourage him completely.
Just a thought on what I will do, I am not trying to erode anyone's authority.
And for @salihuhussein: I can guide you for your next article subject at least.
