I said I would write about my country, of course I would do it, I would let everyone know about my country. Last day in our Bangladesh I presented the history of my country and something new. Today I will say something about the population of the border area of my country. Asia is the largest continent in the world and Russia is the largest country in Asia. Russia is a country in South Asia. Bangladesh is a country in South Asia but it is located in Southeast Asia. Due to the small size of Bangladesh, India surrounds this country.
Myanmar to the south, Nepal to the east, Tripura of Assam to the north and West Bengal of India to the west. West Bengal, India, across the border of the division where I live. Even some of my department has Indian culture. And the river Padma separates our two countries here.
The Padma River in Bangladesh is known as Ganga in India which is known as a symbol of holiness to the traditionalists. Bangladesh has to depend on India for almost everything. But India continues to be irregular with Bangladesh. Yes, another thing is that India is ahead in the world in terms of spreading false news. The Indian media is always spreading false news. India always wants to take advantage of Bangladesh. Just a few days ago, they were trapped, so they were repeatedly warning Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a low income country. However, the present country has developed a lot. Notable among these is the Padma Bridge.
If you wanted to cross the sea, you could not go to the southern part of the country without a steamer. Being the Padma Bridge, we have the opportunity to communicate with South Bengal without any hindrance. Earlier, Bangabandhu Bridge was built to connect our North Bengal. Which is built over the river Jamuna, its length is 8 km.
Bangladesh used to have an area of 1 lakh 47 thousand 570 square kilometers. However, at present the International Court of Justice has ruled with Myanmar that in some parts of it we have found that it is the Naf River. At present the area of Bangladesh is 1 lakh 47 thousand 612 square kilometers. In order to develop the country, many efforts are being made to write the name of the country in the list of the best. Hopefully, by 2030, Bangladesh will be recognized as an upper-middle income country.
