A Tour to IBeno Beach ⛱️

Last weekend, I went on a picnic trip to Ibeno Beach in Akwa Ibom State. Ibeno Beach 🏖️ is located in Eket in Akwa ibom state Nigeria
The community Ibeno, is rich with many natural resources like crude oil etc
Something got my attention, the fact that they have arches of land uncultivated when I asked, I was told it because the land is flooding with oil 🛢️ 🪔.
It was a very special day for me because it was my first time visiting the beach. I was very excited . The journey was enjoyable, and everyone was in a good mood. Even though it was my first time, I felt comfortable and ready to have fun.

When we arrived at the beach, I was amazed by the wide sea, fresh air, and soft sand. The sound of the waves was calm and relaxing. We did not have mats with us, so we sat in a shed on plastic chairs, which still made us comfortable and protected us from the sun. The shed became our resting place where we laughed and talked together.

After settling down, we brought out our food. We ate afang soup, pepper soup, rice, and stick meat, and we also drank fresh palm wine. The food was very delicious, and we enjoyed eating together. Sharing food with friends made the picnic more special.
After eating, we played music and started to dance. Everyone joined in, and the dancing was fun and free. Even though I was shy at first, I later danced and enjoyed myself. We also played football on the sand. Running on the sand was tiring, but it made us laugh a lot. We did racing on the sand and cheered each other on.
