A STEEM VIDEO :- A simple recipe of POHA 😋😋
Today, I'm going to share a recipe for poha with you all. It's a quick, healthy breakfast that's universally loved and readily available as street food in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, India. It's not very expensive and doesn't require many ingredients.
Chura is made with thick peas, capsicum, tomatoes, and coriander leaves. Today, I used only capsicum, tomatoes, and coriander leaves in the poha. That's all the vegetables I had at home, and my son was due back from school in half an hour, so I quickly prepared it, hoping it would be a healthy breakfast he'd love.
So, I first soaked the poha for half an hour, then chopped the tomatoes and capsicum into small pieces. Then, I put refined oil in a pan, added the tomatoes and capsicum, and sautéed them. When it softened a bit, I added salt, pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, then added the soaked poha and mixed it well. Once it was ready, I garnished it with coriander leaves. Our poha was ready.
