Today I'm sharing a recipe for Gond ke Laddu (edible gum ladoos) with dry fruits. Everyone in our family loves them. My mother used to make them for me, and now my children call them "Grandma's ladoos." It makes me so happy that these ladoos remind my children of their grandmother.
I learned to make these ladoos from my mother. We use equal amounts of flour and powdered sugar. For example, if I use 750 grams of flour, I use 750 grams of powdered sugar, and at least 650 grams of ghee is needed for the ladoos to bind properly. We add chopped dry fruits like cashews, almonds, and raisins. I love raisins, so I always add them to these ladoos; it enhances the flavor even more.
