Today, I'm sharing a recipe for making rice flour pheras. To make pheras, we used rice flour, wheat flour, boiled potatoes, spices like salt, chili, chopped coriander, green chilies, and refined oil.
First, we took a bowl of rice flour and another bowl of wheat flour, added a pinch of salt, and made a dough.
Mash the boiled potatoes, add salt, chili, chopped coriander, and green chilies, and make a paste. Roll them into a round shape and stuff them with the potato stuffing.
When the stuffing was ready, we put water in a bowl, placed a steel sieve, and greased it all around with refined oil. Then, we placed the stuffing we had prepared with the rice flour in the sieve, covered it with a plate, and turned off the heat after 15 minutes.
Then we put refined oil in the pan, tempered it with cumin seeds and asafoetida. Then we added salt, pepper, and ground coriander. We took out the rice flour steamed from the challni and added garam masala and tamarind, mixed it well, and served it with sour chutney and sweet chutney.
