I have come to the shop today because the road construction has been completed. However, the road is not yet completely dry; consequently, vehicular traffic remains suspended here—though people often disregard this restriction. To prevent vehicles from entering, thick wooden barricades have been erected on both sides of the road. While this blocks vehicular access, a passage has been left for pedestrians, allowing them to duck beneath the barricades to reach the other side without any inconvenience.

I, too, arrived in this manner, as opening the shop was a necessity. The road has been constructed quite well and now features speed breakers. This was necessary because, previously, the road was in such poor condition that whenever it rained, numerous vehicles would skid, often resulting in injuries to people. Therefore, the road was rebuilt and speed breakers were installed to eliminate the risk of vehicles skidding. The road construction is of high quality; although some minor finishing work remains—which the laborers are currently attending to—the road is expected to be fully open to traffic by tomorrow.
