Homemade Chinchin

I love chinchin, so does everyone in my home, it's simple and easy to make at home. If you are a lover of chinchin like me, I have got easy steps on how to make it at home, so that you can get enough of it at home for you and your loved ones to snack on.
Ingredients i used are
Flour 1kg
Sugar 250g
Butter 200g
Milk 1/2cups
Water 300g
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg 1
Ginger powder 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder
Salt 1 teaspoon
Flavour 1 teaspoon
Eggs 1
Milk flavor 1 teaspoon
Mix all the dry ingredients of flour, cinnamon Powder, ginger powder, salt, nutmeg, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add your butter, then the wet ingredients of water, milk and egg. Mix well to get a dough then place on a table to knead until you get a smooth dough. Roll out the dough and cut it to your desired size and shape.
Fry in hot oil at a medium heat. While frying, you turn the chinchin, fry them to a golden brown colour, then bring them out from the oil and allow them to cool, and there you have your chinchin.
