My Kid Performig At School Function

I was invited to the school function in Canberra to watch children performing on their school leaving function in Canberra. I enjoyed their dance especially as my kid was among them.

That's wonderful attending our child's school leaving function in Canberra and seeing them shine in the dance performance made me feel proud These were memorable moments, especially with my connection to the area.

I go this place often even when school is closed because it has a nice children park. It was school leaving Event in Garran Public school, Canberra, year 6 farewell assemblies and ceremonies which are common highlights at Australian schools, often featuring emotional tributes, comedy skits, song and dance performances.

I did a number of videos capturing student sreflections on their junior school journey and now them moving to high school.

These events typically end with a guard of honur from staff and younger students, creating a celebratory which feels bitter because kids go to different schools from here on but sweet send-off.

These dances are a big part of Australian school culture, like everywhere else with annual festivals like involving kids from public and private schools performing at school grounds.
