Hi guys welcome to my food vlog you know I like taking you on the different meals that I enjoyed cooking so I was able to create a master piece on the food I cooked.
Like I always said that looking good is a good thing then to maintain that good love you need to eat a good food so health is wealth irrespective of their price, we need to eat well. Bird shooting case you don't have enough to buy some ingredients you can always go with what you have available ingredients then be sure you cook healthy meals for you and your family.
Ingredients
- Okro
- Prawns
- Crabs
- Snail
- Meat
- Onions
- Periwinkle
- Fish
- Palm oil
- Seasoning cubes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- Ogbono
- Azuza leaf

Wash,seasoned all the fresh water ingredients and steamed it

While steaming the ingredients till it's done and ready to be used for cooking.
Now that all the ingredients are ready, let's do the cooking together, follow along as I show you my recipe.
Place your pot on the fire, add palm oil heat it small then pour your onions and okro and fry gently.
Add ogbono to it and crayfish and stir consistently.
I added periwinkle to the pot and allow it to simmer for some minutes.
I added the stock and all the protein ingredients that was steamed earlier
I added the fish to the pot now because I didn't want it to scatter in the soup.
I added azusa leaf and finally it's done ✅
