Dear friends, in today’s video I am sharing with you the moment when the workers were entering the office of Akij Ceramics Industry. At the same time, I have shown the workers’ quarters.

There was more — I came here for an interview, took photos with younger brothers, and exchanged greetings. I also talked with many familiar and unfamiliar people.

This picture was basically taken at that moment when I was leaving the office after the viva and entered a hotel to eat. There I saw younger brother Shihab eating.

I was surprised to see Shihab, and in the same way, he was surprised too. He said: Brother! You? Where did you come from? After so many years, suddenly meeting! I told him I came here for the viva. After finishing the viva, when I came to eat, I met him.

As soon as I came out after eating, I met another younger brother, Mosaddek. He got the job. Because almost everyone was experienced, only two or three were freshers. Among them, Mosaddek was selected.

The three of us had cold drinks in the extreme heat. Truly, in this heat, cold drinks brought peace inside the chest.

Finally, when everyone was about to leave, we took a picture in front of the factory. Akij Ceramics Ltd is an organization of Akij Group of Industries. They have several industries of their own. I gave the viva at Akij Tableware Industry Ltd, and took pictures at Akij Sanitary Ware Ltd.

Since we came for the viva at Tableware, we stayed in this place. At the scheduled time, we were taken into the office.

Everyone gave the viva one by one, then my turn came. After I entered, the first thing they did was look at my CV. They said, actually, we are looking for freshers. Since you have experience, we will keep your CV. In the future, if we hire people according to your experience, we will definitely contact you.

I also had some more conversations. They asked about salary expectation. They discussed what kind of work I do, what my department works on, etc.
