Contemplar directamente que la existencia es desorden, hierve y posee muchas paradojas. No constituye tristeza, sino coraje y realidad pura. Me impactó aquella expresión de que si observas al vacío, el vacío observa de vuelta.
Pero él pretendía que no fuéramos a correr, sino que lo viésemos quieto, sin parpadear, aceptando su dureza. Incluso afirmó algo fuerte: "El que no es él mismo un terror, no provoca terror en otro. Y únicamente quien provoca terror puede conducir a otros".
Allí no menciona malicia ni dominio, habla de estar presente, de no ser un blando que se oculta. Mi juicio final es que el miedo habitual controla a los frágiles, te inmoviliza y te hace pequeño. Mas el terror del cual él habla es motor, un impulso para levantarse.
Por ello sugiere el amor fati, querer el destino, incluso lo espantoso y lastimero. Porque confrontar el horror, sin ceder ni mentir, endurece el espíritu y moldea la fuerza. ¿Le agradaba el género del miedo? No, pues no era masoquista. Lo consideraba una prueba de fuego indispensable, el costo de alcanzar la grandeza.
Como él afirmaba, hay que "viviendo peligrosamente", si no te confrontas al pavor, jamás sabrás de qué acero estás forjado ni hasta dónde puedes llegar. Para mí, esa constituye la gran enseñanza: el miedo no es para gozarlo, sino para vencerlo y convertirte en más robusto, más autónomo y más señor de tu ser, eso es lo que rescato de Nietzsche para mi cotidiano.

That's why he suggests amor fati, loving one's destiny, even the dreadful and pitiful. Because confronting horror, without yielding or lying, hardens the spirit and molds strength. Did he enjoy the genre of fear? No, because he wasn't a masochist. He considered it an indispensable trial by fire, the price of achieving greatness.
As he stated, one must "live dangerously"; if you don't confront terror, you'll never know what steel you're forged from or how far you can go. For me, that's the great lesson: fear isn't something to enjoy, but something to overcome, making you stronger, more autonomous, and more in control of your own being. That's what I take from Nietzsche for my daily life.

El miedo es algo que nos permitió subsistir como especie cuando los peligros eran mayores que en la actualidad, quizás sin el miedo no hubiéramos evolucionado como especie, filosóficamente el miedo debe ser tan estudiado como cualquier elemento existencial de nuestro vasto universo.
