The life of a farmer| first stage!
Usually, I see farmers as poor people on this planet, not knowing their capacity. I'd judged them wrongly.
Obviously, without farmers, we can't have food to eat, they literally do all the work and bring out the produce for us to buy. Just garri processing alone is a mighty work on it's own.
When I was informed about haversting cassava, I was tired but what can I do? It's where food would come from so I had to do it.
We went to the farm, harvested some cassava and I started peeling because it has to be grinded on that same day. I fastened my speed so I could finish with all the work before 1pm and around 12pm, I was done with it.
I helped washed it and then the rest of the work was done by others since I will be doing the third and final stage. So the second stage was done and completed before night fall.
I has to stay at the mill to drain of water before frying, which will be done in two days..... Hope to see you then!
