Smoky Jollof
It's been raining for the past 4 days now in my city and so everywhere feels cold. I decided I should not just sit and watch the weather but do something to fit into it.
This smoky jolly was what came to mind and I did it. Just in 30 mins, I was done with cooking.
I used fresh tomatoes, spices, and basmati rice. The smoky jolly was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed it to the fullest.
The preparation process is quiet easy...
