The power in a simple Banana
Even in the simplicity of banana, it still remains the nature's most perfect gift. So soft, sweet, and naturally packaged in it's green color. It doesn't matter how many I eat in a day, it's jist one of my best fruits.
I can decide to eat it as breakfast during busy days or a quick snacks during lunch. It supports digestion and provides natural sugar for energy and contains essential nutrients that helps the body function well.
I love it's simplicity where I don't need to cook, fry or pound but just to peel and enjoy! Banana is just my little way of relaxing and getting all my nerves to rest.
