It is because you followed this step at the right time that the crust of the pie is so crispy and golden in color. The biggest advantage of meat pie is its versatility. This food is known as patties in our country. You are right, it goes great in any gathering, from school-college or office tiffin to any gathering. And when you make it at home, you can control the amount of vegetables and spices of your choice, which is not available at all in outside food. Many people prefer to make it with only meat, excluding potatoes or carrots, but I think the potato and carrot pieces enhance the texture of the mince.
