You can trade STEEM or SBD instantly on http://www.blocktrades.us and you don't need to have an account. You just need to have a wallet address for the tokens available to exchange to, then you are set. This is good if you want to hold your tokens for a while in a different token eg BTC, ETH, etc. Don't trade with 'money' you cant't afford to lose, trading you can win and lose. I recommend to hold a diverse range of tokens and not get caught up in trading, gains can be huge but so can losses.
