Ahhh I see, but I wrote the post intended for newcomers, to guide them.
How do I get them to notice me? I didn't write the post for the financial rewards, but because I fear too many newcomers leaving the community because they are lost and nobody is helping them / guiding them.
What do I need to do to get my post READ by the newcomers?
They will find you. One of the tags you could use is #help.
