Steemit Power Down ?
Hello Steemit peoples, sorry if this is a noob question but when I tried to power down I received this message, is this normal?(I used my Facebook account to create this accout)
Account registered by another account requires 10x account creation fee worth of Steem Power before it can power down
I tried to search this on the search bar however I could not find exactly posts that were related to this.
Please Help me.

If your starting account had 10 steempower, then you need 100 steempower to power down.
However you can withdraw your steem dollars at any time.

I think you can only power down after a certain amount of steem. maybe 100 or so.
