You are quite right here, and I'm glad you took the necessary measures to put yourself right.
Well I didnt take any necessary steps 😅😛 It got worse and a time came when I was always crying in pain. Then I had to stop because I couldn’t work now. 😛🙈
That’s why I priortize my health now and ask others to do the same !
