An ornamental pineapple, in bloom, recently from a Home Depot inwards California. The plant was labeled" Ananas comosus," with no variety information specified. The plant is about ten inches thick and fifteens wide. The leaves are fully invertebrate and dark crimson with green at the edges. Ones are each about one-half inch.
